° Documentos. Con cinco (5) días hábiles de anticipación a la sesión correspondiente, la Secretaría del Comité distribuirá entre sus miembros los documentos relativos al orden del día respectivo. Los documentos que los miembros del Comité deseen presentar a su consideración, se tratarán en la sesión siguiente a su recibo, si éste se produce con no menos de siete (7) días hábiles de anticipación a la misma. El Comité podrá abstenerse de considerar un tema, si el documento correspondiente no se remite en los plazos mínimos antes señalados.
