Se reputan como terrenos cultivados aquellos en que se haga replantación de bosques, en los que prevalezcan maderas de construcción u otros productos forestales que se estén aprovechando comercial o industrialmente, y las plantaciones que constituyen los bosques nacionales, de acuerdo con las leyes, cualquiera que sea su extensión.
