° La Junta Administradora de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones procederá a modificar dentro de un plazo de sesenta (60) días, los estatutos de dicho organismo y su estructura, con el fin de acondicionarlos a las nuevas funciones que se le asignan y las resoluciones respectivas serán sometidas a la aprobación del Gobierno.
