Queda Prohibida La Introducción De Cervezas Extranjeras Cuyo Tenor Alcohólico Pase De Cuatro Por Ciento (4 Por 100) En Volumen

Queda prohibida la introducción de cervezas extranjeras cuyo tenor alcohólico pase de cuatro por ciento (4 por 100) en volumen.

Parágrafo

Con este objeto, el Departamento o particular que haya de introducir al país esta clase de cervezas, acompañará a la factura consular una certificación de laboratorio autorizado, en que conste que el artículo que importa está dentro de las condiciones indicadas en este artículo.
