Artículo décimo. Cuando las circunstancias de cupo lo permitan, los planteles nocturnos podrán admitir alumnos asistentes. Estos alumnos serán simples oyentes de las clases, pero si su concurrencia es normal durante todo el año, el Colegio les expedirá un certificado de asistencia que el Ministerio puede aceptar como base para exámenes de validación.
