El sueldo de retiro será pagado por mensualidades vencidas, pero únicamente mientras viva el Oficial, y se dispondrá durante el tiempo en que el Oficial reciba sueldo por el desempeño de empleo público nacional, en lo que este exceda del sueldo de retiro.
