Régimen de personal. Los servidores de la Unidad, en materia de administración de personal y de carrera administrativa, se regirán por lo establecido en la Ley 909 de 2004, el Decreto 2400 de 1968 y las demás normas que los modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan. En materia salarial y prestacional, se regirán por lo dispuesto por el Gobierno nacional en ejercicio de las facultades señaladas en la Ley 4ª de 1992. CAPÍTULO V Disposiciones finales
