Decisión. Recibida la solicitud, el Juez resolverá dentro de los tres días siguientes, mediante auto interlocutorio en el cual se impondrán las obligaciones a que se refiere el artículo 73 del Código Penal, las cuales se garantizarán mediante caución. El tiempo necesario para otorgar la libertad condicional se determinará con base en la pena impuesta en la sentencia. Las rebajas que establezca la ley se tendrán en cuenta como parte cumplida de la pena.
