Las reliquias históricas comprobadas de conformidad con la presente Ley se conservaran para siempre en la Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino, y no podrán ser retiradas de ese lugar en ningún momento ni enajenadas a ningún título.

Lo mismo se dispone respecto a las reliquias que se encuentran ahora en la citada Quinta.
