El Consejo Coordinador Del Sector Telefónico Al Ejercer Las Funciones Consagradas En Las En Las Letras D) Y E) Del Decreto-Ley 129 De 1976, Deberá Emitir Únicamente Concepto Previo Sobre Aquellos Programas Que Pretendan Desarrollar Las Entidades Del Sector De Comunicaciones En Materia De La Prestación Del Servicio Telefónico, En Cuanto Los Mismos Contemplen La Contratación Con Financiación Y Por Ende Pretendan Adelantarse Con Recursos De Crédito

El Consejo Coordinador del Sector Telefónico al ejercer las funciones consagradas en las en las letras d) y e) del Decreto-ley 129 de 1976, deberá emitir únicamente concepto previo sobre aquellos programas que pretendan desarrollar las entidades del sector de comunicaciones en materia de la prestación del servicio telefónico, en cuanto los mismos contemplen la contratación con financiación y por ende pretendan adelantarse con recursos de crédito.

Parágrafo

El concepto a que hace referencia el presente artículo solamente podrá ocuparse de estudiar y analizar los aspectos puramente técnicos, financieros y de capacidad de endeudamiento, de las respectivas entidades.
