Todo giro deberá llevar una estampilla de timbre nacional de diez centavos ($0.10) de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el Decreto número 92 de 1932. Esta estampilla se adherirá al talón o cupón que debe ser remitido a la Contraloría General con la cuenta correspondiente. En el mismo giro, como también en el telegrama de transmisión de los giros telegráficos, debe ponerse la palabra estampillado.
