Art. 194. La primera autoridad política del lugar, ó el Presidente del Tribunal respectivo, castigarán con multas de diez á cincuenta pesos tanto á los Secretarios de los Tribunales como á los de los Juzgados que no dieren fiel cumplimiento á lo que se dispone en el anterior artículo.
