De los Aportes . Para los efectos del régimen, se considerará aporte todo monto que sea transferido al Fondo de Contingencias Contractuales de las Entidades Estatales por las entidades aportantes en la forma, cuantía y oportunidad previstas en el Plan de Aportes para cada contrato por ellas celebrado.
