Siempre que un Tribunal haya de ordenar un avaluó, de conformidad con el artículo anterior, el honorario de los peritos deberá fijarlo el Tribunal en el mismo auto en que lo ordene y será pagado por la parte que haya establecido el recurso, dentro de los diez días siguientes, consignando su valor o el recibo de los peritos en la Secretaria del Tribunal.
