Anticipo de cesantías. El anticipo de cesantías de que trata el artículo 109 del decreto 613 de 1977, sólo se liquidará y pagará al oficial o suboficial que lo solicite cuando así lo autorice el Director General de la Policía Nacional, con base en las correspondientes disponibilidades presupuestales y a solicitud escrita del interesado, la cual puede ser formulada directamente o por conducto de la Caja de Vivienda Militar.
