Término para fallar. Rendidos los descargos y practicadas las pruebas, según el caso, el Instructor Ponente dispondrá del término de quince (15) días hábiles parapresentar proyecto de fallo y el Comité Disciplinario y de Fomento Educativo o Comité Seccional, según el caso, de otros quince (15) días para decidir. El fallo será absolutorio o sancionatorio.
