Art. 1.° Condónase a la viuda e hijos del señor Juan Antonio Velasco el capital de trescientos cuarenta pesos ($ 340) i los intereses, que reconocian a favor del monasterio de la Concepcion de Tunja.

El Poder Ejecutivo mandará cancelar la hipoteca por quien corresponda.
