Article 18

Decreto 1477 de 1986 · por el cual se reglamentan los Fondos de Fomento de Servicios Docentes.

Podrá constituirse una caja menor, la que se establecerá dentro de cada vigencia fiscal, con sujeción a lo dispuesto por la ley para el sector central. La Junta Administradora del FER establecerá, de acuerdo con la ley, la cuantía particular de la caja menor para cada instituto docente.

Parágrafo 1

La ordenación de la caja menor estará a cargo del ordenador del gasto del Fondo.

Parágrafo 2

El encargado del manejo de la caja menor deberá legalizarla ante el pagador del instituto docente.
