Los educadores oficiales que trabajen en territorios nacionales, o en áreas rurales de difícil acceso o poblaciones apartadas, determinadas previamente por las Juntas Secciónales de Escalafón, y refrendadas por la Junta Nacional de Escalafón recibirán durante los meses de labor académica un auxilio mensual de movilización, a partir del 1° de enero de 1992, de tres mil ochocientos sesenta y ocho pesos ($3.868) moneda corriente.
