º. Dependencia. La Policía Cívica en la modalidad de voluntarios dependerá de la Participación Comunitaria de la Policía Nacional, a través de la División de Policía Cívica de Participación Ciudadana, que cumplirá las funciones establecidas en el artículo 21 del Decreto 2203 de 1993, o normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen.
