Nadie podrá ser investigado más de una vez por una misma acción u omisión constitutiva de falta disciplinaria, aun cuando a esta se le dé una denominación diferente.

Lo anterior sin perjuicio de la revocatoria directa establecida en el Título VII del Libro Segundo de este Código.
