Artículo decimoprimero. Los pilotos, copilotos o navegantes tendrán derecho al reconocimiento y pago de la pensión de jubilación, cumplidos veinte (20) años de servicios aunque éstos se hayan prestado a empresas aportantes diferentes. Lo dispuesto en el presente artículo se aplicará solamente en el caso de que el afiliado haya prestado servicios a empresas aportantes que a su turno, hayan contribuido con sus aportes y por el mismo tiempo a la financiación de "CAXDAC".
