Art. 1937. Si se estipula que por no pagarse el precio al tiempo convenido, se resuelva ipso facto el contrato de venta, el comprador podrá, sin embargo, hacerlo subsistir, pagando el precio, lo mas tarde, en las veinticuatro horas subsiguientes a la notificacion judicial de la demanda.
