Las entidades hospitalarias que actualmente no tengan definida su naturaleza jurídica y que sean administradas y sostenidas por el Estado, podrán recibir recursos del mismo, para lo cual el Director de la misma deberá celebrar un contrato en los términos del presente Decreto. Lo dispuesto en el presente artículo sólo se aplicará durante los doce meses siguientes a la vigencia de este Decreto.
