Artículo tercero . Autorízase al señor Ministro de Agricultura y Ganadería, para otorgar en nombre de la Nación y a favor de la Corporación Nacional de Servicios Púbicos, las escrituras públicas de cesión a que haya lugar con motivo del presente Decreto, el cual rige desde la fecha de su expedición y suspende las disposiciones que le sean contrarias. Comuniquése y publíquese.
