°. Objeto. El presente decreto tiene por objeto establecer los mecanismos para que los colombianos residentes en el exterior y los miembros de sus familias domiciliados en Colombia, que no estén obligados a cotizar al Sistema de Seguridad Social Integral, puedan acceder a las prestaciones del Sistema General de Pensiones y a los servicios sociales que otorga el Sistema de Subsidio Familiar.
