Por la vía diplomática se dará conocimiento de la naturalización al Estado del cual era nacional, la persona naturalizada. Igualmente se publicada en el Diario Oficial la noticia correspondiente sobre cada carta de naturalización que conceda el Poder Ejecutivo. De la misma manera se procederá en el caso de revisión de una carta de naturaleza.
