º Reorganízase el Taller Nacional de Artes Mecánicas, creado por Decreto número 1404 de 19 de Diciembre de 1908, y en consecuencia para su dirección, enseñanza y funcionamiento desde el 1.º de Septiembre próximo en adelante únicamente tendrá el personal que en seguida se expresa, con los sueldos que determina el Decreto citado: Un Director; Un Profesor de fundición; Dos mecánicos; Un moldeador de fundición; Un herrero; Dos carpinteros, y Un fogonero.
