Para el desarrollo de las funciones contempladas en el numeral 1º del artículo 3º del presente Decreto, la Comisión contará con un Comité de Compras Estatales y un Comité de Articulación Industrial. Así mismo la Comisión podrá crear grupos de trabajo para temas específicos, cuyos integrantes serán designados por su Presidente.
