Las providencias que ponen fin a las instancias en las averiguaciones disciplinarias de carácter administrativo se notificarán personalmente al Encartado en la dirección residencial conocida, o a su representante o apoderado, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a su expedición, por la Secretaría del Despacho o la del comisionado.
