Los Oficiales y Suboficiales que sean destinados en comisión de estudios diferentes a los de la Policía Nacional en el país, estarán obligados a prestar sus servicios a la Institución por un tiempo mínimo igual al del lapso que hayan permanecido en comisión. Cuando los estudios se hubieren adelantado en Institutos de Policía o Civiles del exterior, el tiempo de servicio será igual al triple de la duración de aquellos.
