De la sustanciación de los procesos. En aquellos niveles del Sistema Nacional de Salud en donde exista Oficina Jurídica, ésta será la encargada de adelantar los procedimientos jurídicos-legales para imponer sanciones, una vez conocidos los antecedentes y trámites administrativos presentados por las autoridades sanitarias señaladas para los efectos en el artículo anterior.
