Art. 15. El libro de Cuentas corrientes se abrirá tomando por base el Inventario do las existencias en cada Parque al principal la cuenta de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el presente decreto, para cuyo efecto la Secretaria de Guerra y Marina exigirá copia del expresado Inventario á los respectivos Guarda- parques.
