En adición a las operaciones autorizadas a las corporaciones financieras, en adelante éstas quedan facultadas para celebrar operaciones de underwriting en cualquier modalidad respecto de títulos emitidos por la Nación, siempre y cuando los mismos se hayan sujetado a las normas legales y reglamentarias sobre emisión, suscripción y colocación y a las condiciones financieras de carácter general que señale la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República en ejercicio de sus competencias.
