Art. 1.° Destínase del Tesoro Nacional la suma de mil doscientos pesos ($ 1,200) anuales en oro, por el término de cuatro años, como auxilio al señor Narciso Garay para que adelante en el estudio del arte musical, en el Conservatorio de París ó en cualquiera otro de los europeos.

Señálase al señor Garay la suma de trescientos pesos ($ 300) en oro, como viáticos de ida.
