º. Todos los establecimientos de beneficencia, higiene o asistencia pública sean oficiales o particulares que reciban auxiliaos del Tesoro Nacional, estarán sujetos a la vigilancia del Departamento de Higiene y someterán a la revisión de éste su reglamento, planos y organización sin cuya aprobación no podrán cubrírseles aquellos auxilios.
