Para ser nombrado Director Nacional de la Escuela Superior de Administración Pública se requiere poseer título profesional y de postgrado otorgado por Universidad legalmente reconocida, acreditar experiencia directiva en la administración pública y/o en la docencia universitaria no inferior a cinco (5) años.
