Los funcionarios encargados de recaudar este impuesto de timbre nacional que incumplieren en todo o en parte lo ordenado en el presente Decreto, serán sancionados con multas de un mil pesos($1.000) a cinco mil pesos ($5.000) que se harán efectivas por las Administraciones de Impuestos Nacionales correspondientes, mediante resolución motivada.
