ARTICULO 200. Obstrucción de obras de defensa o de asistencia. El que con ocasión de calamidad o desastre público obstaculice de cualquier modo las obras o medios de defensa o de asistencia o salvamento, incurrirá en prisión de uno (1) a cuatro (4) años.
