Las visitas de los abogados a los condenados, cuando hubiere lugar a ellas, deben verificarse en salas especiales vigiladas por los empleados o los guardianes del Establecimiento. La vigilancia debe ejercerse de tal manera que los empleados encargados de ella puedan ver los movimientos del condenado, sin escuchar las conversaciones.
