Devolución a la cuenta bancaria. Quienes tengan derecho a devolución, podrán solicitar a la Administración de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, que les gire directamente a sus cuentas corrientes o cuentas de ahorros, el monto de los saldos a favor cuya devolución sea procedente. Para tal efecto, deberán informar en la solicitud de devolución, la clase de cuenta, el número de la cuenta, el banco, la sucursal y la ciudad.
