°. Secretaría Técnica. La Mesa de interlocución, participación y seguimiento dispondrá de una Secretaría Técnica, conformada por dos (2) delegados del Raizal Council y un (1) delegado del Ministerio del Interior, quien hará las veces de coordinador de la Secretaría Técnica. La Secretaría Técnica cumplirá las siguientes funciones

Preparar las reuniones ordinarias y extraordinarias de la mesa.

Recoger y organizar la información que será sometida a la consideración de la mesa.

Elaborar las actas de las reuniones y custodiar su archivo.

Impulsar la ejecución de las decisiones.

Las demás funciones que les asigne el reglamento interno.

Parágrafo

Los delegados del Raizal Council corresponderán a: un (1) delegado por el municipio de Providencia y Santa Catalina y un (1) por San Andrés Isla.
