Las Empresas Municipales de Cali, por virtud del auxilio decretado en esta Ley, no podrán cobrar a los adjudicatarios, habitantes del "Barrio Alfonso López Pumarejo" que sean socios activos de la "Central pro-Vivienda de Colombia", ningún valor por concepto de las obras de energía eléctrica y alumbrado general del Barrio, ya que su costo total debe considerarse cubierto con el auxilio dispuesto por el presente mandato legal.
