Cuando sean varios los delitos por los cuales se hubiere llamado a juicio a un mismo procesado, se formularán separadamente los cuestionarios sobre cada uno de aquéllos, como si se tratare de acusados distintos. Cuando el delito sea el mismo y varios los sindicados, también se propondrán separadamente los cuestionarios, respecto de cada uno de ellos.
