Las sociedades que se dediquen al corretaje de seguros estarán sometidas al control y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria y deberán tener un capital mínimo y una organización técnica y contable, con sujeción a las normas que dicte al efecto la misma Superintendencia.
