ARTICULO 92. Acumulación de vacaciones. Sólo pueden acumularse vacaciones hasta por dos (2) períodos por necesidades del servicio y mediante disposición motivada de la autoridad nominadora. Cuando no se hiciere uso de vacaciones en la fecha señalada, sin previa autorización de aplazamiento, se pierde el derecho a disfrutarlas o a percibir la compensación y la prima vacacional correspondiente.
