Para los efectos del literal A) del artículo 13 del Decreto número 435 de 1971, cada hoja de papel sellado podrá habilitarse mediante la impresión del correspondiente timbre por las máquinas registradoras de timbre nacional o adhiriendo estampillas de timbre nacional que deberán ser anuladas en la forma y por los funcionarios o personas autorizadas en las normas vigentes.
