Artículo 1º : Adiciónese al artículo 2º del Decreto Legislativo 1146 de 1990, modificado por el artículo 1º del Decreto Legislativo 1813 de 1990 y adoptado como legislación permanente por el artículo 4º del Decreto-ley 2272 de 1991, el siguiente parágrafo:

Parágrafo 2

"Se autoriza la importación de metanol o alcohol metílico por el puerto de Santa Marta, cuando el mismo se destine a proyectos de producción de biodiésel".

Facúltese al Gobierno Nacional, en el evento que sea necesario autorizar, por un puerto o zona franca diferente, la importación de metanol o alcohol metílico cuando el mismo se destine a proyectos de producción de biodiésel.
