ARTICULO 1o. El artículo 2.4.2.3.1 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero quedará así: " Junta Directiva . La Junta Directiva del Banco Popular se compondrá de cinco (5) miembros así: el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público o su delegado, quien la presidirá; tres (3) Representantes del Presidente de la República con sus respectivos Suplentes designados por él y un (1) Miembro con su Suplente Personal elegido por la Asamblea General de Accionistas con los votos de los Accionistas distintos de la Nación."
