Nacionalizase la Escuela Normal Rural para Señoritas que funciona actualmente en Villavicencio, en la Intendencia del Meta, y que fue creada por el Gobierno Intendencial del Meta por Decreto número 321, de fecha 20 de diciembre de 1955, y aprobado por "Resolución número 3 de 1955 (enero 16 de 1956), del Ministerio de Gobierno".
